Dževdet-beg
Dževdet Belbez (tur. Cevdet Belbez), poznat i kao Dževdet-beg(tur. Cevdet Bey) bio je osmanski turski političar i državnik i valija Vanskog vilajeta u vreme Prvog svetskog rata i Genocida nad Jermenima. Bio je jedan od lidera mladoturskog Komiteta za jedinstvo i progres (tur. İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti). Smatra se direktno odgovornim za smrt oko 55.000 Jermena koji su pobijeni u proleće 1915. u gradu Vanu i na području Vanskog vilajeta.
Bio je šurak Enver-paše i sin Tahir-paše koji je službovao kao valija Vana, Bitlisa i Mosula. Albanskog je porekla.
