Demetrije III Teos Filopator Soter Filometor Everget Kalinik (starogrčki: Δημήτριος θεός Φιλοπάτωρ σωτήρ Φιλομήτωρ Εὐεργέτης Καλλίνικος; između 124. i 109. p. n. e. – posle 87. p. n. e.) je bio vladar helenističke Seleukidskog kraljevstva između 96. i 87. godine p. n. e.

Bio je sin Antioha VIII Gripa i verovatno njegove druge supruge, egipatske princeze Trifene. Demetrije je svoj rani život proveo u građanskom ratu između svog oca i ujaka Antioha IX. Rat je završen ubistvom Antioha VIII 96. godine p. n. e. Nakon smrti svojih roditelja, Demetrije je ovladao Damaskom, dok se njegov brat, Seleuk VI, pripremao za rat protiv ubice svog oca. Antioh IX je zauzeo seleukidsku prestonicu Antiohiju. U građanskom ratu koji je usledio, Seleuk je porazio i ubio Antioha, ali je njegov naslednik, Antioh X, porazio Seleuka. Braća blizanci Demetrija, Antioh XI i Filip, rešili su da osvete brata. Građanski rat završen je smrću Antioha XI i prelaska Demetrija na stranu Filipa u borbi protiv Antioha X (koji je trajao do 88. godine p. n. e.). Godinu dana ranije, Demetrije je sa vojskom napao Judeju i slomio snage kralja Aleksandra Janeja. Demetrije se domogao Antiohije pre Filipa. Do 87. godine p. n. e. držao je veći deo Sirije pod svojom kontrolom. Pokušao je da pridobije mase promovišući značaj semitskih bogova. Krajem 87. godine p. n. e. napao je Filipa u gradu Beroji, gde je ovaj pozvao u pomoć Parćane. Udružene snage Filipa i Parćana suzbile su Demetrija. On je primoran na predaju prestola i egzil u Partiju. Filip je ovladao Antiohijom, dok je njegov treći brat, Antioh XII, ovladao Damaskom. Ostatak života Demetrija nije poznat.
